Shipping inside Greater Cairo within 3 Working Days through a courier partner. Shipping Cost: 70 EGP 

Shipping to Alex within 5 Working Days. Shipping Cost: 80 EGP. No fragile items can be shipped outisde Cairo (only towels option)

Return & Exchange: within 2 days starting from the delivery day. But for the candles it has to be returned upon delivery (when the courier is on door).

Order Shipping Fee is non refundable & excuse us that there'll be delivery fee in case of return/ exchange order after the coureir leaves.
