Dimensions: I'm a circular coaster - diameter 10 cm

Clean me with a damp towel then dry me instantly.

Please don't wash me with detergents or under running water & don't leave me under the sunlight for long time. 

Shipping inside Greater Cairo within max 3 Working Days through a courier partner. Shipping Cost: 85 EGP 

Shipping to Alex within max 5 Working Days. Shipping Cost: 95 EGP 

 

Return/ Exchange policy:

- Request to be sent within 2 days max starting from delivery day.

- Initial delivery fee is non-refundable and there will be additional 85 LE return/ exchange fee.

- The order can’t be returned while courier on door. We will do a return request to the courier & it will be picked up within 3 working days.

- Refund will be done once we receive a confirmation from the courier that the returned items had been picked up.

- Refund is via Instapay or bank transfer (no cash refund)

- Please keep all the packaging as sent to you.

We ship worldwide via a courier, you'll just select upon checkout either you want express or standard shipping. A tracking number will be sent to you once the shippment is done.
