Coconut Soy Wax Melts Jar, contains 10 pieces each burns around 40 mintes. Bundle = 5 Jars - 1 from each scent.
I'm used as a fragrance for Fawaha/ Oil burner as a substitue for oil, you just put 1 wax melt cube or more (break me with your hand) in the place of oil in the Fawaha & light the tea candle under it, after 10 minutes I will melt & fill the space with my fragrance. You can leave me without being finished in Fawaha & re-use later, i'll just solidify until you melt me again.

Care
You can re-use me if not finished; i'll solidify then melt again by re-lighting the tealight candle.
Re-use me for a couple of times then when the scent is changed even if I'm not finihsed do not re-use me again; melt me & with a tissue remove the residues, spray alcohol & clean with a cotton well to remove the residues scent, then use a new piece.

All orders are delivered through our trusted courier partners. Delivery times and rates depend on your location:
- Greater Cairo — within 3–4 working days.
- Alexandria — within 4–5 working days.
- North Coast, El Gouna & Hurghada — within 7 working days.
- Rest of Egypt — please allow additional time; rates are shown at checkout.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. Cash on Delivery is available across Egypt.
International Orders
We ship worldwide via courier. At checkout you may choose express or standard shipping, and a tracking number is shared once your shipment is on its way. For international orders, a secure payment link is sent via WhatsApp and email to complete your payment after the order is placed.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your SHEN pieces. If something isn't right, you may return or exchange it within 2 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, exactly as they were sent to you.
- The original order shipping fee is non-refundable, and a delivery fee applies to return and exchange orders.
- You may hand the order back to the courier at your door; kindly note the return shipping fee still applies.
